You can not play High end games in this computer. But can play Mid range games.

Depends on what games you want to play, but probably better to buy a gaming laptop with a gaming type video card. Type "gaming laptop" in the Best Buy search box at the top of the website and check prices low to high. Might cost another $100 or $200, but will pay off in the long run. Look at SKU 6532167 on the Best Buy website.
