A:AnswerI use Wilcom software for my embroidery machine. I ordered external cd drive to install the software and this laptop didn't read it. Going to return the drive and order another one. Can't install software so I can't work on my embroidery designs. Just gotta find an external drive compatible with this laptop. Otherwise satisfied with this laptop.
