• The Lenovo Duet Chromebook has the latest version of Chrome Operating System and will be automatically updated by Google to the latest version of the Chrome Operating System for the next 8 years.

• The version on my Duet it 9.0. The Duet is a Chromebook running Chromeos not an Android device. The Chromeos has an android subsystem that will run most Android apps. The update of the Android subsystem is controlled by Google when they release update to the Chromeos for the device.

• It runs Chrome OS not android (though it does run android apps too). It will get regular updates for up to eight years compared to an android tablet that might get two years of updates.
