Lenovo is incorrect with "... setting your Power Management setting to Performance Mode...". I tried this advice anyway and it seems to be a conflation. The correct answer for IP3 (which lacks Fn-Q, unlike the Legions), is to use the Lenovo Vangate program, Thermal Mode. You have 3 levels, Quiet, Balanced, Performance. Q&B are 60w, and P is 85w. This is board power + 3050ti power, actual 3050ti draw is about 68-69 watts. But like most things, few people check/test, including big name youtube sites/reviews, and of course Lenovo themselves. As in all small machines, the limitation on GPU is heat dissipation.
