“Are rebooting issues common? I've had this laptop a little over a month and anytime it is not on the charger, I get a blue screen error and laptop reboots.”

I’ve only had mine about 2 months, but I’ve never had that happen to me. I usually use mine off the charger, only charge it when I’m not using it.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and follow on-screen instructions to ensure all updates are applied successfully. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.
