To start, does the system give you an option to select "I don't have internet access" to skip this step for now? If not, we recommend resetting the device and restarting the setup process by pressing and holding the power button until the system shuts down, waiting 10 seconds, then starting up the laptop again.

A:AnswerI am not sensitive to such typically, so I wouldn't know without looking up the specs. I do however have to have higher refresh rates because I can see flickers and stuff and I do not deal with that on this machine.
