Yes you can use office. No apps to install or available. Full version available for use online through your Microsoft Office 365 account.

Yes it would. No downloads nor android apps. Login to your Microsoft 365 account and you can use the full version of Microsoft Office online with an Office 365 subscription. You can also install the office 365 webpage as a progressive web app (PWA) that may make it more convenient for you and make the interface feel more like a stand alone program
