Q: QuestionI just received the laptop and after setting it up, I left it to charge. Once it was fully charged, within just 1 hour of use, it already dropped 16-20%. I'm not sure if that's normal and what to do about it.

Also, people will insist that once removed from S mode a computer is stuck in the new state forever and this cannot be reversed. This is completely untrue, although the process does have the slightly negative effect of wiping your drive completely.
