“How can I get a manual or, at least, a Quick Start Guide? Neither was in the box with my computer when it arrived. Is it possible to get a phone number to call the Tallahassee, FL, store directly? This is a slow and frustrating process.”

Also, generally local stores cannot be contacted directly, but we recommend working with Best Buy Customer Service to try to resolve this side of your issue.
