Hey Terter, The IdeaPad Slim 3i is considered a traditional clamshell, Windows based laptop, but an entry-level one. Due to the system's low-performance output processor and other specifications, if you're using the system for anything outside of causal browsing, light productivity, and other non-intensive web-based tasks, it should work well for you. If you'd like, you can share more details with us on what you're looking for in a device, and we'd be happy to assist you more precisely. Also, you can contact Best Buy computing experts online or in a local store for assistance as well. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

The are basically saying, "Due to the system's low-performance output processor and other specifications...it should work well for you," which is not a reassuring statement. Since you can never upgrade the RAM on this, you are limited to running only a few programs at one time, but if the software you DO use is not RAM-intensive, the processor will do fine.
