my open box was with a box that was opened. I am guessing it was a return. aside from a few finger prints, it was in great shape
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open box means that someone has purchased the product and returned it before the return period is complete. So the seal of the product is broken. I believe that basic inspection will be performed when the laptop is being collected from the customer. However, you cannot be sure of why the previous buyer returned the laptop.
