• Yes. I purchased 32gb of ram the same day as computer and took it home and put it in myself. It was super easy to do:)

• Yes you can upgrade the Ram, You have up to 4 slots. Ram upgrade is usually easy you just a snap the memory sticks into place. I upgraded to 16gb and it was easy
