• You can change it in the game you are playing and it supports hdmi 2.1 ie, it can support 120fps in 4k

• If you set the video output to the 4k TV only it should, but you may be bottlenecked by the tvs refresh rate though. you only have to set the resolution in the game if the game doesn't automatically adjust the resolution.
