I got mine in its original box with a sealed power adapter. Beside a sticker on the bottom of the laptop and the box (looks to be related to the refurb), the unit appears brand new. No bloatware was installed and looks to be a pretty vanilla install of windows 11. It shows no visible wear or scratches and has been working great for me for a few days now.
