Automatically changes to proper time zone. Just plug it in.

Hi Suzi! Thanks for your question. The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential will automatically display the correct time once it powers back on and has an internet connection. The exact amount of time it will take to display will depend on how long it takes for your router to re-connect to WiFi.
