• Hi there, thanks for the inquiry. This Tab M9 cannot be connected to a cellular service plan as it does not support WWAN or cellular connectivity. Although, you can connect the M9 to a mobile hotspot.

• As Lenovo says, no. There is another model of the same tablet that will accept a SIM card, but I don't think it is available in this county.
