Are these brand new? null

Yes they are brand new but Lenovo is having issues with the sound I purchased my then turned around and sent it back for a full refund!! They were saying to roll back the sound update and take it off auto update but I couldn’t do it because I needed my computer for school l!! Going with the Asus Predator Helios
