Mine came with Win 8, but as soon as I first turned it on, Microsoft prompted me for a FREE upgrade to Win 10. I believe that if you get any machine that comes with pre-installed Win 8, you can now update/download FOR FREE Win 10. My Win 10 has been working great for the last 2 months, there have been no problems with the upgrade.
