You have to disable the Pen in Device Manager.  That worked for me at least.

Disabling the pen is not a good solution. Sure, it works, but this laptop is a 2-in-1 that many people buy for the dual functionality. Lenovo needs to fix this.

I've been having this exact issue too and was losing my MIND. figured it had to be a faulty input device. Wasn't the mouse, touch screen, or touchpad. Oddly, it WAS worse when trying to play certain games that used 3d rendering, but not every game.

I got this laptop 3 days ago and have the exact same issue with this same laptop! I have spent hours researching and trying "fixes" from the internet. I finally opened a ticket with Lenovo tech support and called them. After 45 minutes of them having me update drivers and finally a system restore, they told me to just return it as something must be defective.
