You might be better off ordering it on line. I ordered an open box on line. Came well packaged and shipped by UPS. Arrived as promised. Check the contents. I was missing a chord however my Local Best Buy gave me the missing cord . Please take everything u got incase u are missing anything. They will need to scan the lenovo box. As well as see the laptop too.
