“Before bricking when trying to upgrade BIOS, my open-box model only seemed to support 1 extra monitor in addition to device itself, even connected to j5create hub. Older Yoga model worked with 2 on j5create. Will this newer model actually work with both?”

Hi Tylandus, The Thunderbolt 4 ports on this Yoga 7i laptop and new release Yoga 7i can support multiple display output. We recommend ensuring graphic drivers are up to date and for a visual on display outputs, you can use the Display Settings interface in the Settings app or software like Intel's Graphics Control Panel: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/discrete-gpus/arc/software/graphics-software.html Please let us know if you have any other questions!
