I would recommend trying to get a replacement, you may be covered by warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are sorry to hear that you are having issues charging your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14. There are two Thunderbolt 4.0 ports on the Yoga 7i-14. Only one can charge the computer. The other is for Power Out to other peripheral devices. The port for charging the Yoga 7i-14 is on left side of the device and it has a electrical plug icon next to the Thunderbolt icon. Only use this port for charging the computer. Plug your AC adapter/Charger into the wall socket, then plug into the proper charging port on the computer. There is a small LED power light right near the port on the computer that will light up when power is going to the computer. Allow the computer to charge for approximately 15-minutes before turning the computer on. After 15-minutes of charging, turn the computer on. It should boot up normally and you will be able to use the computer while it continues to charge.
