“I am trying to connect this to a Dell Docking station (WD15) and use my two external monitors but when I connect this laptop doesn't recognize the USB device. Would love to get some help from a Lenovo Rep. So far this is very disappointing.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Lenovo Yoga 7i-14 model number 82BH0006US, uses a Thunderbolt 4.0 port for video out. The USB Type A 3.1 version port does not have a video signal. Be sure you have a Thunderbolt compatible docking station, not just USB-c, it has to be Thunderbolt 3.0 or higher in compatibility. We recommend you check with the manufacturer of your cock for compatibility.
