How do you shutdown the computer. We use button on right side and it goes off until we close computer then it flashes slowly. When we go to reopen days later the battery is dead. null

Right-click on the Windows logo in the lower left corner and click on "shut down or sign out". Or, if you hold the power button in for at least 4 seconds, the laptop will turn off on most models. What you are doing is just putting it to sleep. It still uses a little power in sleep mode but not much. The blinking light indicates sleep mode. You might want to download the user guide from Lenovo's website. It would save you from having to ask questions here.

To power off your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 14: select Windows Start icon and then select Power > Shut down.
