• The laptop does not have an onboard HDMI port. That is not uncommon for newer, slim laptops. Most slim/ultrabook laptops have USBC/Thunderbolt ports which serve multiple purposes. If you get a USB C dock or a USB C to HDMI adapter you will be able to connect an external legacy monitor to the laptop. New monitors that have a USB C output can connect directly to the laptop via a male USB C to male USB C cable

• The Lenovo Yoga 7i-14 model number 82BH0006US, uses a Thunderbolt 4.0 port for video out to an external monitor. You can connect an HDMI monitor to this laptop but using a Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter.
