“If Microsoft Office is already installed on the OS is it possible to buy a Home & Student version product key and use it without downloading another copy? Other reviewers have experienced conflicts when they had 2 sets of Office installed.”

My previous question was not answered, I would like to use Office Home & Student a permanent version and not a subscription version to Office 365. Would a Home & Student product key unlock Office 365 installed on the OS and provide only the Home & Student Apps or do I need to uninstall Office 365 and download the Home & Student version? Thanks

In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. If you already have a Microsoft Office 365 Account you can just log in using your existing User Name and Password.
