Yes. Check that you have Battery Conservation Mode turned off. This Energy Management Mode should only be used if you leave your computer plugged in all of the time. It extends the overall life of the battery by only allowing a battery that remains plugged in all the time to charge only to 60 Percent. You will find the Battery Conservation Mode setting within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer.
