I purchased an open box Yoga 9i 14" 2in1 Nov '24. I understood that the manufacturer warranty is the same as if purchased new, ie 12 months from purchase date.The Lenovo Vantage app indicates only 9 mos. How can we get this corrected? null

Once given a proof of purchase, the Support team will then be able to set your manufacturer warranty start date to align with the date of purchase and the length of coverage to its original duration.
