- Answer The filter is extremely easy to change. It's a matter of opening the filter door, pulling out the old one and inserting the new filter. It just sort of sits in there, somewhat loosely, so there's no complicated clamps or anything to mess with.

- Answer It does make a slight operating noise yes, but in auto mode its not always running as it switches off unless it detects poor air quality

QuestionI bought this unit 3 weeks ago and the light ring is red. I disconnected the unit then plugged it back in an held the filter button for 3 seconds but it still goes back to red. Help

- Answer Probably because it is available everywhere so the markup isn't enough to pay the cost of storing it. I checked to make sure the filters were available online and bought the purifier. I'm not concerned about where I buy the filter.

- Answer Filters for the LV-H133 can be purchased from Levoit or on Amazon. Filters for this model are about $50 on Amazon.
