Yes. The controls are in the app that you add to your iphone or android. You can take a hearing test in the app and it sets the suggested settings. You save that and name it for later use. (See my photo). You can also tweak those settings to fit your hearing better. It was too loud for my normal household settings so I lowered the volume and saved it as a new settings group. See the photo of the controls page from my phone. At top it shows my left is not connected right now. At the bottom you can see my L/R are set a little different. The dark button is the environment I’ve got set. The next are environments available. See 2 nd photo. And the battery charge. The company suggests charging each night. But I don’t always get to do that. I usually have enough charge for most of the next day. These are great and. Did not have to borrow money to pay for them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Dee. Yes, you can adjust the clarity with the treble/base handle by moving it up and down to find the clarity that works best for you. It will also be worthwhile to do the in-app Lexie hearing test. If you require any assistance with adjusting the clarity please reach out our Lexie Experts® at (800) 499-1336 or send an email to [email protected] for them to assist you.
