“I don’t see the purple light so I don’t believe it is sanitizing.. also if you push the button on the bottom which deactivates the sanitize function is there a way to reactivate it? Help! I purchased for the sanitizing function”

Hi, The product has been designed in a way to provide the safest experience. Therefore, the placement of the UV-C Light is purposefully located in a place where there is no direct contact with your eyes. However, the product, as you can imagine, had to go through lots of lab testing (including the EPA certification) and this is closely regulated. Having the UV-C light visible to your eyes would be dangerous. However, rest assured that it is effectively sanitizing and killing 99.9% of the germs and bacteries on your phone screen. You can reactivate the sanitizing function by pressing again on the button located at the bottom of the product. David @ LEXON DESIGN
