Small screws under unit in corners adjust to level unit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. The feet don't adjust, since there are none. What looks like 2 adjustable feet do absolutely nothing. I'm not sure, but it could be a manufacturer error made in China when the bottom plate was stamped out. It's going back to Best Buy today. Yesterday I called LG customer support and was told to take it to an authorized repair center. This was the first time someone reported this problem according to cs. That is just not acceptable. It's brand new, never used! Every other product made by LG that I have is top quality, This experience has tarnished my opinion about LG.

If it does not have feet or unscrew. then you should find a level surface to sit the microwave on. You could always use something like paper drink coasters to level it out.

Compact Microwave - Stainless-Steel, Model # LCS0712ST is equipped with ten power levels (11 steps including 0) to give you maximum flexibility and control over cooking. There is a power level button on the unit that when pressed will allow you to assign a number on the keypad that corresponds to a particular power level. On page 14 of the owner's manual for this unit is a table that that will give you some idea of which foods are prepared at each of the various power levels. If you do not have a copy of the owner's manual, you can visit [http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-LCS0712ST#] to download a copy of the manual and print it out...^IFV
