Yes it comes able to vent 3 ways.

Yes. Before installation, the blower needs to be turned to the up position to hook into vent in wall leading to the outside. It is very easy to do and manual includes excellent instructions.

yes and mine is!! You or your installer have to make one adjustment out of the box from the factory and it's vented to your existing outside line.
