Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, BenM. We understand your inquiry about using larger dishes in your MSER2090S countertop microwave when they interfere with the turntable rotation. We understand that you need to fit larger items. For your MSER2090S model, the specification sheet indicates that the Turntable On/Off feature is listed as No. This means the turntable is generally required to be in place for proper and safe cooking to ensure even heat distribution from the Smart Inverter technology. However, for dishes that are simply too large to spin, we suggest carefully removing the glass turntable plate and the roller ring assembly for that specific instance only. Please note that when the turntable is removed, you should monitor the food closely, as the microwave energy is concentrated and may result in uneven cooking or hot spots because the required rotation is absent. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-2-0-cu-ft-countertop-microwave-with-sensor-cooking-and-smart-inverter-stainless-steel/J7G56583QY If you would like detailed guidance on the correct procedure for removing and reinserting the roller ring and glass tray, or if you have any other questions about operating your unit, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you further. —Renzo
