    • Answer while cooking--- quiet enough (louder than my old JCP model we just got rid of) note: Opening /closing door is LOUD & Clanking-- wakes folks up at night! (cheap piece of tin sounding-- it's an issue)

  • QuestionCan this microwave be installed inside of an opening in the cabinet and if so what kind of clearances do you need for ventilation?

    • Answer Most of the air comes out on the left side near the front. I have a cubby hole with about 4" clearance on the left side and a couple of inches clearance on the front and right. The child-proof lock is on the right side so you need 2-3 inches clearance there. Almost no air comes out the back.

  • QuestionThis microwave replaces an old Whirlpool countertop located in the island. It’s supposed to sit on top of metal rails (holes for 4 legs. I need to find the replacement rails (they slide out) see picture. Thanks.

    • Answer We thought we could use the bracket we had but could not. Nothing is standard. Pretty sure feet and holes will not match. Highly recommend you buy their trim kit which is expensive and a bit complicated but well worth it.
