There is also a little button/latch on top (inside of handle). This is so nice because the microwave doesn't slide around the counter when you open the door. Something I didn't know until I unboxed at home. I really appreciate these three features. It also fits my 10-1/2" and smaller plates for reheating. In all honesty I try to reheat stovetop/oven as much as possible (but still have the ability to use microwave, if needed). This size is perfect for my household.

Perfect in everyway
Bought this for our ADU so I didnt need anything super powerful or large. We had a small area and this fit just right. Its large enough with a little extra room to get a full size plate in. For a small microwave it works great and heats up food fast. The build quality feels solid and not cheap. The outside stainless steel with the black matched out tiny kitchen perfectly. The price, size and performance matched everything we needed. Im super happy with this purchase.

Insignia microwave 9 cu. Ft.
We recently purchased an Insignia microwave. It is compact and fits nicely in our kitchen. Reheats and cooks well. Would definitely recommend buying this microwave.

I love microwave
My microwave is very good. I really recommend it. It's small, but it's perfect. If you want it for the most necessary things, it's 100% recommended.
