We really like this microwave so far. We don't have a lot of space so this is perfect. We had one that we had trouble getting a plate inside but this one has plenty of room without taking up too much counter space. The power and heat times seem really good too. It does have a button on the door handle you have to mash to open the door but it's not a real issue and might actually be a plus if you have kids as a safety precaution. Decent price for a good microwave.

It works good . I bought it for the guys at work because ours didn’t heat evenly . I was limited in space so had to get a smaller one. I got the extended warranty in case they break it. Also the lady working was very helpful I wish I wrote down her name .

Bought this for our ADU so I didnt need anything super powerful or large. We had a small area and this fit just right. Its large enough with a little extra room to get a full size plate in. For a small microwave it works great and heats up food fast. The build quality feels solid and not cheap. The outside stainless steel with the black matched out tiny kitchen perfectly. The price, size and performance matched everything we needed. Im super happy with this purchase.

the stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern. Fit well in kitchen without taking up too much counter. Easy to use control panel with preset options. The only downside is it's not as powerful as larger models.

we bought (and returned) 4 microwaves before we settled on this Insignia. It's just the right depth and width for our microwave "cubby". short cut instructions are easy to use and happy that the plate rotates the food/beverage while heating.
