Fit perfect and works well. Buttons aren’t touch screen like the old so you have to actually push the key plate but not that big of a deal

Just recently bought this and so far it's worked very well it's a good size, has lots of options that you can change so far I like it, a bit expensive but I would suggest if you're looking for a good nice looking microwave this is the way to go

I’m a big fan of the GE Sensor Microwave. My last one was purchased in 2001 for $149 and worked perfectly for 24 years. It suddenly started sounding and smelling bad when turned on so it was time to replace it. I didn’t think twice - I went right to another GE Sensor microwave. Best Buy had a great price on an “Open Box - Excellent” (“the product looks brand new with no physical flaws, scratches, or scuffs, and it works like new.”) so I bought it. That was the start of my microwave replacement journey. It shipped from a Best Buy in NC. Unfortunately, they didn’t cover the extra codes on the box so a confused FedEx rerouted it back to Best Buy … in KY. I’m in MA. Found a new one in stock at a Best Buy a few towns over and bought it. Got it home and it was actually an “Open Box - Poor”, significantly dented, that another customer had returned (their shipping label was still on the box). Best Buy shipped another “Open Box - Excellent” to replace the 1st one that went to KY. It was another “Open Box - Poor” (significantly dented). Ordered a brand new one shipped to me from Best Buy online. It arrived in one piece, no dents, looked great. HOWEVER it came with a manufacturing defect resulting in there being no way to open the door. Obviously, they all went back to Best Buy, who did nothing to try and keep me as a GE customer. I did buy a brand new one through the GE Appliance website and it arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it was too big for our microwave shelf and had to go back (this one was the first one to make it to installation on the shelf so the first time we realized it was too big. I then ordered the 1.6cf model through the GE Store on another website named after a river in South America. It arrived in perfect condition. However, it also had a manufacturing defect that allows steam and condensation to get in between the multiple panes of glass on the door. It’s also going back. I’ve had another long conversation with GE directly and I’m giving them just ONE more chance to keep me as a loyal customer and find me an unblemished 1.6cf unit with no manufacturing defect. If possible, I’ll try to update this review after I receive and use the next one more than twice. In conclusion, this review is as much about Best Buy as it is about the current quality of GE microwave products. If I could replace my old one with the same model -built in 2001 - I would.
