Fit perfect and works well. Buttons aren’t touch screen like the old so you have to actually push the key plate but not that big of a deal

This microwave is just "ok." THE POPCORN button does not cook a bag of microwave popcorn long enough (many kernels left) but popcorn is burnt on a regular cook setting. The REHEAT button does not allow you to set a time for reheating...you have to stop it manually. It's a "countertop" unit but it's still disappointing that it was not made to be compatible with any trim kit for installing it in a "cabinet" or under stove for more flexibility. I would not buy it again.

We are glad to assist with the operation of your microwave. This model has a humidity sensor which uses a steam sensor to determine when the popcorn is nearly done. As the bag gets full with popped corn, it releases more steam. The microwave then calculates the remaining cooking time and counts down the time. If you want to cook a package that is less than 1.75 oz, or more than 3.5 oz, then use Cook Time and follow the instructions on the package. If the popcorn is still not to your satisfaction, do not use the Popcorn button again to continue cooking. Use the Cook
Time button for further cooking.

The product seems good. Bummed that I asked for a direct replacement of my old unit and this one has different color clock display than my prior unit and therefore compared to my other GE appliances AND the installation kit not only doesn't fit, but I asked for advice from both Best Buy and GE to pick the correct one -- and they didn't!

The model you purchased is not designed for built-in application. The PCWK22U1WDD is the model that can be built-in using the "27" - JX7227SLSS or "30" JX7230SLSS built-in kits. We switched to a white display on all of our appliances a few years ago. I love it except there are too many buttons to push and the keyboard is not lighted, so it is hard to read for senior citizens. My old GE was larger inside and much better lighting was inside as well as the knobs were easier to read. Tonight my brand new.microwave.stopped heating. My electrician will check it tomorrow to make sure it isn’t an electrical problem.

This model was listed as a replacement for my current failed model. Just received it, and plugged it in to test it. The fan is hitting in the shroud. Will be returning it.
