Panasonic - 1.6 Cu. Ft. 1250Watt Countertop Microwave Oven with Cyclonic Inverter Technology - Stainless Steel/silver

We like the constant temperature heating with this inverter technology microwave. However, it seems to heat "hotter" than the same model we owned for 12 years. The light is not as bright either and the door is lighter. In addition, the lower corner of the door was so sharp it scratched my arm every time I opened it. I filed it off with an emery board to smooth it out. The "lock" feature if okay for children, if needed. We disabled it. I also miss the sensor cook for different foods. It is efficient and nice looking and we hope it lasts as long as our first one.

I like the product and quality which is why I purchased this unit. My only concern was the height, thinking I wouldn't get me much space inside, but it fine. 4.5 as there is always room for improvement.

I purchased this microwave last April to replace a GE microwave that was 20 years old. Unfortunately this microwave began arcing this week and the inner housing is damaged less than two months after its warranty ended. It's disappointing because I was very pleased with the microwave's performance up to this point.

Great microwave. Only thing I wish it had was the one time push fire different minutes. For example push “1” once for 1 minute ABs the microwave starts.

Arrived today, with the microwave door drooping/sagging from its proper position. User manual begins with warnings NOT TO USE if the door doesn't seal properly. How am I to know if it's properly sealed when it sags/is misaligned by 1/4"? Terribly poor manufacturing workmanship - so I get the pleasure of carting a 40+ pound box to Best Buy in order to return the unit. Highly disappointing.
