We like the constant temperature heating with this inverter technology microwave. However, it seems to heat "hotter" than the same model we owned for 12 years. The light is not as bright either and the door is lighter. In addition, the lower corner of the door was so sharp it scratched my arm every time I opened it. I filed it off with an emery board to smooth it out. The "lock" feature if okay for children, if needed. We disabled it. I also miss the sensor cook for different foods. It is efficient and nice looking and we hope it lasts as long as our first one.

I like the product and quality which is why I purchased this unit. My only concern was the height, thinking I wouldn't get me much space inside, but it fine. 4.5 as there is always room for improvement.

I purchased this microwave last April to replace a GE microwave that was 20 years old. Unfortunately this microwave began arcing this week and the inner housing is damaged less than two months after its warranty ended. It's disappointing because I was very pleased with the microwave's performance up to this point.

Great microwave. Only thing I wish it had was the one time push fire different minutes. For example push “1” once for 1 minute ABs the microwave starts.

Arrived today, with the microwave door drooping/sagging from its proper position. User manual begins with warnings NOT TO USE if the door doesn't seal properly. How am I to know if it's properly sealed when it sags/is misaligned by 1/4"? Terribly poor manufacturing workmanship - so I get the pleasure of carting a 40+ pound box to Best Buy in order to return the unit. Highly disappointing.

I was looking for a microwave that didn’t talk to Me or do my dishes. I love technology, but my last microwave was manufactured in 2014. I was interested in more power and as it turns out a slightly larger size. This fit the bill for my needs. It cooks things faster, it has the right number of function buttons. It also has this cool function that cooks things based on temperature. I wasn’t too keen on the stainless outside, but it was the only option offered. I really like this microwave. The only downside, which is just a learning curve, is a child safety button. You have to press the zero and then the open button. I’m happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this as a direct replacement for my old Panasonic microwave that was the exact same only discontinued. My old one lasted 7 yrs. I have a trim kit so I didn’t want to buy a unit requiring me to buy a new trim kit. Feels less solid than the one it replaced and my old one did not have the dumb child lock feature. Cooks fine and seems to cook evenly, with plenty of power.

It is very nice and powerful. We disabled the lock and it is just a breeze to open and close and not have to worry about pressing different things and therefore more arthritic hand friendly!! No little kids here to worry about. It has plenty of room for larger containers.

The microwave is pretty good. Bought it to replace a 1.3 cu since it seem like it was going to give out any day now. Definitely stronger which means less time in the microwave. The only thing I don’t like is the child safety lock. I followed the steps to take it off but it’s not working. Think that was an issue from buying it open box but I’ll deal with it. Other than that it’s pretty nice.

Good quality product and is very efficient during use. A couple things I do not like. The door has a default locking mechanism when using which can be manually turned, but if power is lost it defaults back to locked. One other thing, most microwaves have spring assisted door opening device allowing easy one handed use. This microwave requires a person to have pull the door open.

Very nice microwave. Simple and efficient. I'm not a fan of hitting the zero every time to stop it and the buttons to hit it to take that function off are annoying.

I had a Panasonic microwave for 18 years. I thought I should upgrade. I love the new one. I wanted one similar and this is exactly perfect. The only difference is it has a child proof locking mechanism. You have to read instructions as to override it before using.

This replaced an older similar model. The model it replaced worked but the light bulb burned out and while a replacement bulb was cheap the installation process was a difficult, beyond my ability to do and a repair person expensive. The interior of the replacement was a very dark color not white as the old ones and touch pad hard to see in regular light. I didn’t research the new model which had I done would have known it. But as have confidence in the brand I would have bought it anyway.

This is a very nice microwave. It's roomy inside and it heats fast. The sensor settings have worked well for me. Some people said they couldn't turn off the childproof lock and I was confused too. Then I saw the manual has 2 completely different sets of instructions to do it. The ones on page 10 don't work. Immediately following, but on the next page, it tells you to press "inverter turbo defrost", then "cooking timer", then "popcorn" and that will deactivate the lock function. Worked perfectly! I do wish the buttons were backlit, but that's my only complaint.
