• Yes as long as you have 4 inches of space all around to prevent the microwave unit from overheating by being in an enclosed area. Not enough clearance around the cabinet, confined space can later discolor your cabinet due to hot heat, i found out the hard way. And cost me more money in the long run.

• That is exactly where we have ours. Be sure to measure your space well, it is a rather large model & also very deep. And remember that you have to have some room to plug it in also.

• Mine is but you will need to measure the shelf you have and be ure there is space around as it needs "breathing" space.
