  • QuestionHow did steam from the boiling water on the stove get into the microwave, and make it stop working? It acted like there was an electrical short. The vent on the microwave was on high and it was blowing air out of the top of the microwave.

    • Answer i got it installed from a professional (took an hour). Seems simple and there are videos of mount on youtube. - Take out the old over the range - make sure exhaust is set right - install the frame (ensure atleast 1 screw is in stud). - Fit and screw on top all screws (including one's for drywall) come within.
