Bunny, honestly I can't tell you. Bec when i bought mine and I bought Insigna tv, And till now I can't use it...i am not sure if I just don't know how to hook it up. Sorry

Yes, you can use this with your LG TV if the compatible ports are present.

Yes. You can connect it via the HDMI-ARC or the optical cable. I've tried both with my LG TV and the optical seems more stable. Its my first sound bar, and I like it. Brian
