A: Is the sound bar actually cutting out or is the subwoofer just cutting out? I thought mine needed the firmware update too because my subwoofer kept cutting out but it didn’t. I actually figured out that my wireless router was too close to my subwoofer and was interfering with it. I had to move my subwoofer to the other side of the entertainment stand.

Q: I have a Samsung TV that's less than 2 years old. Will it work with that and Chromecast?
