Is the sound bar actually cutting out or is the subwoofer just cutting out? I thought mine needed the firmware update too because my subwoofer kept cutting out but it didn’t. I actually figured out that my wireless router was too close to my subwoofer and was interfering with it. I had to move my subwoofer to the other side of the entertainment stand.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My understanding is that it is not the speakers, but the WiFi. I have an LG Smart TV with the LG speakers, and this happens to me as well. I did some searching and most stated it was due to the WiFi.
