• You can mount it to a wall using the included wall mount. I currently have one mounted under a 49"

• It's working with my 2015 Samsung 48" LED SmartTV, I guess it should works with yours as long as your has the optical audio output.

• Mount it "to" the TV? I guess if you drilled some holes in it. Will it connect to the TV? Yes, if it has optical, 3.5mm jack, or bluetooth audio output.
