No. It only has two speakers and a subwoofer. Both speakers are contained in the same housing, so they cannot be separated. Plus, it is not a wireless system (except for the subwoofer), so the speaker has to be physically attached to the TV. The speakers will probably all be in front of you, not surrounding you.

No way. This device has only 2 parts -- it doesn't have the full surround system. Sound quality on bluetooth is also atrocious.

I would say no, but is a great deal better than the TV speakers and probably your stereo speakers.
