“For a newcomer with little experience on sound systems can you compare this product to the "VIZIO - 2.1-Channel Soundbar System With 5-1/4" Wireless Subwoofer And Digital Amplifier - Black/Silver"? Similarly priced I'm just wondering how to make decision.”

I did a lot of comparison shopping within this price range. I especially liked the mid-range (most voices) on the LG. At my age being able to hear dialog was a priority. Dialog was much improved over our Samsung TV. Movies and music sound great. I don’t know about how strong subs are in the different brands as that wasn’t my primary focus. I can say our movies rumble and sound great to us. Easy set up and Bluetooth for our music from our phones works great too. Hope that helps.
