What you need to look at are the audio outputs of your Karaoke unit. The audio inputs to this sound bar are all digital: optical, HDMI and USB. It does have a wireless connection but I think it's an LG proprietary system for connecting to an LG TV that has their "Sound Sync" system. The instructions aren't particularly clear this would be a true Bluetooth connection. If you all you have is an analog stereo output you can buy a Toslink (optical) converter and connect that way. The analog output might be separate L & R RCA jacks, a mini stereo output jack or a headphone jack; any of these will work and you may need an appropriate adapter (for the mini stereo or headphone jacks) to connect to the optical converter. The sound bar comes with an optical cable so you'd need an analog stereo cable, the converter and use the optical cable to make the connection to the sound bar.
